Peter D. Piper, Esq.
Peter completed his undergraduate studies at Chico State University and then received his Jurist Doctorate from Santa Clara University. While attending Santa Clara, he also participated in the Legislation Clinic at UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, as a visiting student. While attending law school in the Bay Area, Peter maximized his time and experience, by working as a Legal Intern for the Office of Santa Clara City Counsel, as well as the Office of the United States Board of Trustees. Additionally, he worked as a Judicial Intern for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Upon receipt of his Jurist Doctorate, Peter relocated to the Sacramento area, where worked as a Policy Intern for a distinguished member of the California State Senate, followed by work for the LA County Office of Education.
Peter brings a vast background of work experience in the legal field, as well as government work with him to the Amerio Law Firm. He has excelled as a vital member of our team, and has developed outstanding relationships with Trustees of the Eastern District of California. Along with his excellent knowledge of the law, his vibrant and energetic personality also makes him a pleasure to deal with for our Bankruptcy clients.
