Jeffrey Fletterick is a forceful attorney who advocates for people that have been injured through no fault of their own. His passion is protecting Californians’ rights to be compensated fairly so they can get their life back to normal — through a fair settlement, and when necessary, through litigation. Jeffrey has dedicated his life to advocating for people in this situation after an injury.
When they are the most vulnerable, the behemoth Insurance Companies push people into unfair settlements, but Mr Fletterick rolls up his sleeves and shoves back. Throughout Jeff’s legal career, he has fought for justice on behalf of his clients and their family members against giant corporations that refuse to own up to their or their insured’s mistakes. Because of his refusal to back down in court, he has been named a Top Attorney in Roseville, Rising Star by Sacramento Magazine, Northern California Super Lawyer 2014, Rising Star in Litigation, and 2015 Top Lawyer in Roseville.
Mr. Fletterick attended McGeorge School of Law and graduated in 2005. He earned Honors at Entrance, Academic Award of Excellence, and was named to the Dean’s list. Jeff’s leadership skills were recognized academically, as well as, when he was made Captain/President of McGeorge’s Rugby club.
Mr. Fletterick chose to become a lawyer after realizing the truth contained in the following quote and the need for change. “The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.” by Anatole France.
It is an unfortunate truth that the law strives to treat every individual equally but can have the opposite effect in practice because access to justice is dependent on your wallet. Mr. Fletterick is proud to be able to represent clients on a contingent basis. This enables Mr. Fletterick to ensure that injured Americans that can’t afford a lawyer are able to get access to the same courts as billionaires.
Mr. Fletterick is supported by his wife and three children that understand his dedication to fighting for his clients and working long hours. Jeffrey Fletterick is admitted to the State of California Bar and Texas State Bar. He has successfully fought for his clients in over 20 different Superior courts, multiple appellate courts, the Federal Northern District, Southern District, and Eastern District Courts.
Mr. Fletterick enjoys spending his free time with his family at water polo, lacrosse, and swimming competitions. He is an active hunter and a member of Ducks Unlimited, California Waterfowl Association and the NRA. Perhaps the most satisfying part of his life besides his family, is knowing that he has helped thousands of families through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
